Adeola Chico Property Ltd is based in Lagos, and serves the local Lagos market directly through two dedicated brands.
Adeola Chico Property Ltd was built around a simple idea: property needs in Lagos are not one size fits all. Some people are looking to buy or invest in a home. Others need a comfortable, fully serviced place to stay. Rather than force both into one offering, we built two dedicated brands under one company, each focused on doing its part properly.
Foludeo Court handles real estate, modern homes and terraces designed for refined living. Foludeo Residence handles service apartments, comfortable stays for short or extended periods. Both are run to the same standard, backed by the same company, and reachable through the same direct line of contact.

How every Foludeo development is overseen.
Every Foludeo development is overseen by a lead structural engineer, responsible for every phase of the build, from foundation and structural integrity through to final finishing. This oversight ensures each unit meets rigorous safety and quality standards before handover.
